“The Love in the Time of Cholera” is a novel, bookworms love most. Florentino Ariza, a wonderful man who chose to endure the romance of adolescence, went to bed with 622 women.
This is the man who oscillated between love and passion, despite recognizing the difference between love and sex.
(The most prominent theme suggests is lovesickness is a literal illness, a plague comparable to cholera. Florentino Ariza suffers from lovesickness as one would suffer from cholera, tolerating both emotional and physical pains as he longs for Fermina Daza)

Gabriel Garcia Marquez, a native of Colombia, is the owner of this wonderful design called Love in the Time of Cholera. This Twentieth-Century Colombian novelist, who has rendered distinguished service to literature, received  1982 Nobel Prize for Literature. Garcia is the fourth Latin American to receive the award.

All his creations are "Masterpieces," or works of art. Others include the Cien Anos de Soledad (One Hundred Years of Solitude), Chronicle of a Death Foretold, and The Autumn of the Patriarch. La Hojarasca (The Leaf Storm), La Mala Hora (In Evil Hour), El Coronel no tiene quien le escriba (No One Writes to the Colonel). It is the story of the isolated city of Macondo, which, like the story of Latin American history, combines both reality and fantasy to create a "wonderful reality". The Greek myths about the result of overcoming the Makkando's desire for power have combined the truth and myth with one hundred years of solitude to create another wonderful truth.
